The small local village of Ballinspittle, is just a 400 yards walk, offering shops, pubs and a grotto with its world famous, moving statue. The bustling historic harbour town of Kinsale (4.5 miles) famed for its restaurants and pubs, interesting shops and galleries. Plenty of water sports, kite surfing, kayaking, surfing (good surf 2 miles away), sailing, windsurfing and much more.
The West Cork coastline features sandy beaches (the nearest is within 2 miles) and secluded coves waiting to be explored. Quiet and peaceful, the area is a delight for walkers, with a choice of lane, beach, wood or field walks to enjoy. Exceptional golf course on the famous Old Head of Kinsale only 3 miles away.

whether it be trekking in the woods or on the beach. Many different varieties

character. Quietly situated in the grounds of the owners home it enjoys its
own private garden. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one bunk
bedded. Shower room/WC and hall. On the first floor spacious open plan
sitting/dining room with galley kitchen.
